Director and founder, Boniwe Dunster is a dynamic Human Resources professional with over 14 years’ experience from Manufacturing industry, Management Consulting and Financial Services with passion in Performance Management, a public speaker, facilitation, mentorship and career coaching. The experience is supported by solid academics encompassing of Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law (University of the Western Cape, 2021), Leadership Development (Stellenbosch University, 2017), Bachelor of Arts: Industrial Psychology (North West University, 2011), National Diploma: Public Relations Management (Vaal University of Technology: 2007) .
